Here at Prints by Mee® we believe Live Sketching is a thoughtful way to preserve moments and emotions at any event. Live illustrations can capture the spirit of a specific time and place and is the perfect favour for guests to take home and cherish forever.

What Happens On The Day?

We will arrive at your event at the agreed time to set up. We require a table, two chairs, WIFI or 4G/5G and a power point. (Table and chairs can be provided if needed)

Guests will start to arrive and photos will be taken of them in groups of 2/3

Hand drawn illustrations will begin as soon as the first photo has been taken and will continue throughout the day.

Illustrations will be printed out in multiple batches during the event.

Guests can come over at any time to check the process of their illustration and multiple copies can be printed for each guest to take home. 

Envelopes are provided to prevent damage to guests prints.

How Long Does The Sketching Take?

This depends on number of guests but I recommend a minimum of 4 hours.

This is why we only sketch for day guests to ensure all illustrations can be completed.

Can I Have Writing On The Prints?

Yes, this can be agreed prior to the event. We can add venue, names, dates etc.

What Do I Need To Provide?

Please have a table and two chairs available, WIFI or 5G/4G, and a power point to plug in a printer that can be accessed throughout the event.

(Table and chairs can be provided if needed, please arrange prior to event)
